1. How much is your entrance fee?

2. What are your current rates for accommodation?

- Here are the summary of our current (peak season) accommodation rates:

Villas – Php 4,200.00

• Good for four (4) pax
• with free breakfast for two (2)
• maximum of eight (8) persons – additional person Php 350.00 each

Deluxe Rooms – Php 2,600.00

• Good for two (2) pax
• with free breakfast for two (2)
• maximum of three (3) persons – additional person Php 350.00 each

Standard Rooms – Php 2,100.00

• Good for two (2) pax
• with free breakfast for two (2)
• maximum of three (3) persons – additional person Php 350.00 each

3. How can I make my reservations?
- You can either walk-in or call in for reservations. A downpayment of 50% of the total amount will be required.

4. What time should I arrive?
- Check-in time is 2:00 pm.

5. What are the acceptable forms of payment?
- We accept cash or credit card. For early reservations, we require a bank transfer through our BDO Account (C.M. Recto Lipa Branch).

6. Do I have to pay additional for spa treatments?
- Yes. We have different rates for our spa treatments.

7. Can I plan my spa itinerary beforehand?
- Yes; we advice you to do so in order to secure the availability of our personnel and the time slot that is most convenient for you.

8. Can I bring my children to the spa?
- Since the spa is a place that relies on its tranquil and calming ambience and it is only natural for children to want to play and make noise, you are not allowed to bring your children inside as they might disrupt other guests having their spa sessions.

9. Until what time is the spa open?
- Our spa is open until 9:00 pm.

10. Do I have to pay additional to use the gym?
- Yes. Please also enter the hourly rates for the gym here.

11. Until what time is the gym open?
- Our gym is open until 9:00 pm.

12. Until what time is the restaurant open?
- Our Restaurant is open from Mondays through Thursdays at 7:00 am until 9:00 pm and Fridays through Sundays at 7:00 am until 10:00 pm.

13. Is there room service?
- Yes, room service is always available.

14. Can I bring alcoholic beverages to the resort?
- Yes, you can bring alcoholic beverages with a corkage fee of 50% of the total amount.

15. Can I bring my dog to the resort?
- No. Pets are strictly not allowed inside the resort.

16. Is smoking allowed in the rooms?
- Smoking is not allowed inside the rooms.
