Valentino resort and Spa has constructed a sturdy wooden bridge that overlooks the three pools, the resort’s thriving gardens and Mt. Makulot. Not the usual viewdeck, the bridge gives guests the feeling of being transported into a tropical rainforest where they can clear their thoughts and be one with nature. The Pavilion is designed especially to accommodate large parties and gatherings for all types of special occasions, be it weddings, anniversaries, business seminars and conferences or reunions. Built adjacent to the restaurant for easy access to kitchen and dining supplies, the pavilion can effortlessly serve between 250 to 300 guests. The large wooden double doors make for a grand entrance for special celebrations such as weddings and debuts. The Pavillon, surrounded by wide and tall open windows paneled in antique bricks, make the atmosphere in the room fresh, airy and light. Enclosed by nature’s most beautiful flora and fauna, the pavilion is patterned after a Mediterranean hall with its high ceiling adorned with glass and wooden chandeliers and white walls accentuated with intricate designs in warm and earthy colors.

With the lush greenery and cozy alcoves situated within the natural and manmade architecture of the resort, Valentino Resort and Spa is the ideal setting for romantic occasions such as weddings and anniversaries. The resort grounds will be lined up with lights and candles to make the venue more romantic. Although the pavilion is the recommended venue for this as it can accommodate up to 300 persons, if guests prefer an outdoor wedding or party, the resort grounds can also be used. The Valentino Restaurant also offers in-house catering, although the resort is also open to the option of guests hiring external catering services. Hosts for such events must be brought in by the guests.

The restaurant has a Mediterranean theme, with vividly earthy tones of orange and brown, tables with mosaic designs and wooden furniture. It is designed to be airy with its large open windows and is located right across the Spa. Dishes, both local and international, are prepared with only the freshest of ingredients and are cooked by a first-class chef. The kitchen is equipped with appliances that enable the chef to prepare the tastiest dishes from all over the world. Fresh salads and fruits (depending on the season) are made available in order to promote healthy living. The restaurant also has a scenic view of Mt. Makulot and is nestled in plush greenery to complete the overall dining pleasure.

Pools & Jacuzzi

At Valentino Resort and Spa, the family is as important as the individual. In order to ensure that children, as well as adults and teenagers, have lots of wholesome fun, two adjacent irregularly shaped pools were built. One pool is five-feet in depth, complete with a manmade waterfall. The other pool was designed for children, with it being only three-feet deep. A colorful playground is just a few steps away from the kiddie pool. This was placed strategically so that the children playing and swimming are within the line of sight of the lifeguard. Cabanas also surround the pool area so that guests can have a place to stand by when they are tired and so they can keep an eye out for their playing children.

In order to completely promote healthy fun and living, a third pool was built just recently to cater to adults who want to swim some laps. The pool is 25 meters long (half the size of an Olympic swimming pool) and is 10 ft deep. A Jacuzzi lies at the foot of this pool so that guests can relax and hang out after some strenuous swimming. Like infinity pools, the edge is designed in such a way that the view continuously flows from the water out into the lush gardens surrounding the pool area.

With this agenda in mind, a gym has been constructed and furnished with equipment for a full cardio workout. The gym is equipped with a variety of exercise devices for boxing, running and weightlifting. The concept of installing a gym in the resort is born out of the fact that physical activities, such as exercise, is prescribed by doctors not only for the health of the body, but also of the mind.

Valentino Place

The Valentino Place was built with large groups of guests in mind. This lodging complex, which has three levels, is located just outside the main resort in order to accommodate various corporate activities. Fronted by a spacious garden and separated into three wings (the west wing, the central and the east wing) with three to five bedrooms and two communal bathrooms each, Valentino Place can easily accommodate 100 guests. Furnished with a variety of comfortable bed configurations, these modern style wings are perfect for corporate events like team building seminars and conferences. With the resorts amenities nearby, guests can focus on their activities and still have access to some quality R and R.
